Gurukul is a Movement involved in integrated & holistic development of rural & tribal areas. At present Abhay Daanam is sponsoring a school in village Sunpura based in Greater Noida west.
The main activity undertaken in this movement is to run schools providing free but elite education all over Bharat. Our aim is to provide high quality education in the remotest rural & tribal villages and reach every child and no one is left uneducated.
The overriding philosophy of this initiative is to take a holistic approach of social and economic developmentwith the participation of numerous trusts, non-profit organizations and Corporates. This movement has become the largest grassroots level non-governmental education & development movement that operates in the remote villages.
